Victor Watts, COO
Victor Watts is a Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Operating Officer responsible for business development, corporate strategy, product / technical development, marketing and sales. Victor has over 20 years as a proven business leader with a successful track record in both start-up and large Fortune 500 corporate environments and is the owner of SmartCore Business Solutions. Victor spent 13 years as the Vice President and Director of National Development for JWG Associates, an advertising and consulting firm. JWG recruited him to open its first branch office in North Carolina and then to build its operations nationally. At JWG, he also was responsible for multi-office profit and loss, sales and service management, and operational delivery. In 2000, Monster Worldwide purchased JWG, and Victor became Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the TMP Advertising and Communications business unit. In that role, he was responsible for all sales and marketing operations for the central and southeastern U.S. and the national Interactive Consulting division. He began his career in the marketing department with RJ Reynolds / Nabisco spending 8 years in brand management and special event promotions.
Victor has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration (with graduate honors) from Regis University.
